Keith was very fast to respond. We set up an initial zoom meeting to discuss then problem and then he started analyzing our environment which was kinda convoluted. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem and we are now back up and running. I would highly recommend him for AWS cloud computing. I plan to reach out to him in the future!
