Information automatically collected

system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country,

receive certain profile information about you from your social media
provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the
social media provider concerned, but will often include your name,
email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other

However, please note that this will
not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor,
when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your

Opting out of marketing and
promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and
promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe

10. CONTROLS
FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile
operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track
("DNT" feature or setting you can activate to signal your
privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing
activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform
technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has
been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser
signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your
choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is
adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about
that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted
specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the
"Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California
residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of
charge, information about categories of personal information (if any)
we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the
names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal
information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a
California resident and would like to make such a request, please
submit your request in writing to us using the contact information
provided below.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in
California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the
right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on
the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using

associated with your account and a statement that you reside in
California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on
the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely

We may disclose your personal information with our service providers
pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider.
Each service provider is a for-profit entity that processes the
information on our behalf, following the same strict privacy
protection obligations mandated by the CCPA.
We may use
your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for
undertaking internal research for technological development and
demonstration. This is not considered to be "selling" of
your personal information.
StackRef Inc. has not disclosed,
sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a
business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months.
StackRef Inc. will not sell or share personal information in the
future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
Your rights with respect to your personal data
Right to request deletion of the data — Request to delete
You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you
ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your
request and delete your personal information, subject to certain
exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise
by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance
requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that
may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not process
consumer's sensitive personal information.
Verification process
Upon receiving your request, we will
need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person
about whom we have the information in our system. These verification
efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can
match it with information you have previously provided us. For
instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you
to provide certain information so that we can match the information
you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may
contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that
you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification
methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use
personal information provided in your request to verify your identity
or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will
avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of
verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the
information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide
additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and
for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such
additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
Other privacy rights
You may object to the
processing of your personal information.
You may request
correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer
relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the information.
You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the
CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent
that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to
act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.
You may request
to opt out from future selling or sharing of your personal information
to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon
the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen
(15) days from the date of the request submission.

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act
(CDPA):
"Consumer" means a natural person who is
a resident of the Commonwealth acting only in an individual or
household context. It does not include a natural person acting in a
commercial or employment context.

Verification
process
We may request that you provide additional
information reasonably necessary to verify you and your
consumer's request. If you submit the request through an
authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to
verify your identity before processing your request.
Upon
receiving your request, we will respond without undue delay, but in
all cases, within forty-five (45) days of receipt. The response period
may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days when
reasonably necessary. We will inform you of any such extension within
the initial 45-day response period, together with the reason for the
extension.
Right to appeal
If we decline to take
action regarding your request, we will inform you of our decision and
reasoning behind it. If you wish to appeal our decision, please email
us at info@stackref.com. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of an
appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken
in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the
reasons for the decisions. If your appeal if denied, you may contact
the Attorney General to submit a complaint.

Based on the
applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to request
access to the personal information we collect from you, change that
information, or delete it. To request to review, update, or delete

16. MOBILE APPLICATIONS (PICKASSO)
In Short: Our Pickasso iOS game does not require an account, and we do
not collect, store, or receive personal information from the app on
our servers. Game progress stays on your device. Ads are served by
Google AdMob, which may collect certain device data described below.
Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple.
Information stored on your device. Pickasso saves your game progress — best
completion times, completed paintings, and settings — locally on your device
only. This information is never transmitted to StackRef Inc. You can delete
it at any time by deleting the app from your device.
Advertising. Pickasso is free to play and supported by advertisements served
through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads,
Google may automatically collect information from your device, including
your IP address, device identifiers (such as the identifier for advertisers,
where you have permitted it), coarse location inferred from your IP address,
ad interaction data (such as views and taps), and diagnostic information.
Google processes this information under its own privacy policy, available
at https://policies.google.com/privacy; details on how Google uses advertising data are available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Ad attribution on iOS uses Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork
framework. We require that third parties who process data in
connection with the app protect that data in a manner consistent with
this privacy notice.
In-app purchases. Pickasso offers an optional one-time Remove Ads
purchase. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App
Store; StackRef Inc. does not receive your name, payment card details,
or billing information. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can
be restored on any device signed in to that Apple ID. Once purchased,
no ads are served and no ad-related data is collected by the app.
Your choices. You can limit ad tracking and personalization for all apps
on your device in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking
and Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising. Deleting the app removes
all locally stored game data. To ask a question or make a request regarding
app data, contact us at info@stackref.com; we will consider and act upon
any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Children. Consistent with Section 8 of this notice, we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 18 through our mobile applications.
